Insomnia

  Insomnia   Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which you experience difficulty sleeping or staying asleep. This means you are not sleeping as you should.  Generally, an adult is supposed to sleep for like 7-9 hours in every 24 hours depending on the age. Getting enough sleep is vital for your overall health. Insomnia disrupt how much sleep a person get. Insomnia could be short term(acute) or it could last for a long time(chronic)  It is acute when it last for 1 night to a few weeks.
